Brisbane City Council
Complete. The plan took effect in Brisbane City Plan 2014 on 12 June 2026.
The precinct plan supports more housing, aims to expand the local economy and improve connections between Wynnum Central railway station and the foreshore, while keeping the centre's bayside character.
The Queensland Government endorsed the revised plan on 14 April 2026 and Council adopted it on 12 May 2026 as part of the Wynnum-Manly neighbourhood plan.
