4. Business Listings

By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit the listing on behalf of the business
• All information provided is accurate and current
• The business operates legally in Australia
• You have the right to use any images or content submitted

All listings are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our guidelines.

5. Reviews and User Content

When submitting reviews or other content, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate reviews based on genuine experiences
• Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Not engage in review manipulation or spam
• Not include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Respect the privacy of others

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Reviews are screened automatically for spam, abuse and personal information, and a person makes the final decision on anything that is flagged. We do not remove or hide reviews because of a low rating. 6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our services
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Trusted Locally name, logo, website design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our intellectual property without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Locally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Locally, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
